Erik Goetz Resigns

Featured Replies

As I anticipated, Beechwood Head Coach Erik Goetz has resigned and I believe, ultimately retired.

Hats off to a great career.

Congrats on a great career…Had good teams at HC and Beechwood!

And very fitting his last win was an incredible one against Holy Cross!

Coach Goetz had some great moments and very good teams at Beechwood.

He was also a great player. His 315 assists in 1993 at Holy Cross is #5 in the KHSAA record books and he is #4 in career assists. When his career finished, he was #1. Three players have passed him since his career ended.

Congrats and Best of Luck moving forward to Coach Goetz.  Great years at Holy Cross and Beechwood.

Wow. Kinda weird I was eating at the Honey Hole Bar and Grill in Alexandria and kept thinking man the guy across from me looks so familiar. Well now I know who it was. Would be a good fit for the Camels.
