The level of play is not very high so far

Maybe they are SO good that sometimes it looks poor....

They are both great teams.

I have only really seen Baltimore play one other time and that was the primetime game in Cincinnati. Nothing against Cincinnati's defense, but Baltimore was VERY conservative, didn't take any chances and essentially just waited for the Bengals to make a mistake. We saw how that worked out for them.

Watching the first half of this game, YES I will give the Colts defense SOME credit. Once again Baltimore is doing this conservative offense and just going to wait til the Colts make a mistake.

I know this kind of play calling won them a superbowl, but they need to take some chances downfield. You are going up against a darn good offense this week that will eventually score points.

The lack of error free football would cotradict that statement

I'm having a hard time seeing either one ot these two teams having a shot in Hades against NE or SD next week. Just an ugly game. I guess that what the Ravens want, but 1 more Indy FG and it may be over.

Well I would have to disagree with that. I think both of these teams would have a great chance against either NE or San Diego...

FGs definetly will not beat SD.

I wonder how much more Peyton likes Vinatieri than Vanderjagt.

SD's pass defense is not good enough to stop Peyton.

 You mean the idiot kicker that got all liquored up:laugh:

The problem there is that Indy has become their own worst enemy between missed recievers and dropped passes. BTW I have heard that SDs D was pretty good:flame:

Coaching is interesting here. Ravens force Indy to take 2nd TO. I don't know if I like Ravens choice to go for it here. I'd rather try to pin Indy deep and let the D make a play.

Well lets see the Chargers defense is good but not as good as Baltimores so I dont think they hold the Colts to field goals. And well Baltimore already beat the Chargers once this year, so its pretty safe for me to say that I think they probably could do it again...

They are alright, but Indy is notorious for exploding on them...AND they still have to get through NE first....I think that Indy should take care of the Ravens, especially if their defense keeps up being this stout.
