    Really big numbers. I think the most I've every done in a day is around 33,000 which I did in Vegas walking up and down the strip. On days I work my side gig, I usually get around 20,000 which is 4-5

    I work either 8 or 8.5 hours a day and I am always moving. I usually get close to 23,000 at work the other steps are from the gym and walking during commercials during TV time.

So...I'm lazy. LOL
