    I am exhausted just looking at those numbers!  

  • Really big numbers. I think the most I've every done in a day is around 33,000 which I did in Vegas walking up and down the strip. On days I work my side gig, I usually get around 20,000 which is 4-5

    I work either 8 or 8.5 hours a day and I am always moving. I usually get close to 23,000 at work the other steps are from the gym and walking during commercials during TV time.

Those numbers are incredible! The average person only walks 3 to 4 thousand steps a day. 

When I tracked several years back, at my peak, I averaged close to 20,000 a day, which included work and running 3-4 days a week for mileage. 

We had a contest in a company of over 1,000 people and I was right near the top. There wasn't anyone in your neighborhood. 

When you tell someone you've been on your feet all day, you literally mean it. I'm blown away honestly. That's an accomplishment that won't have much rival.
