I get what you're saying, however I don't know if I would call it a fluke. In my opinion, SK is the best team out of them all, with Conner following and Grant County right behind them. However, I do not think there is a very big margin between any of them, and almost every game you'd see between the teams would be close. 

Back to the point I made earlier around the point-margin of the Conner and Grant County game, I believe the margin might be more than expected. But, they are not that far from being on the same level as Conner as a whole, so the win is not extremely surprising to me.
