I heard good things about the scrimmage on Friday Night!

 

Sounds like everything is going well. I know they have some things to work on but we are headed in the right direction!

That is alright. Nothing a little scrimmage and game film can hide! :thumb: Time will tell.

I saw them at a scrimmage today and they looked to be in an "I" formation.

I have also heard that in the scrimmage they ran the "I" with Cable at QB. I would speculate then that Welch is tailback/halfback (or split end) and would assume Rose at fullback/halfback?

 

Was told a 4-4 on defense also.

I just got word on the scrimmage that Carroll did stay in the "I" formation. I look forward to seeing the "I" if you are correct at Cable being at QB with Welch being at RB and Rose at FB. Seems to me that Carroll will use Rose more as a power runner this year. Either way, the "I" formation should be good for the Panthers this year.
