Still not finished as I drove by this morning around 9:30 they were putting up goal posts and the parking lot has big bags of something. Game time is 7:00 PM Saturday night. Big tail gate party sponsored by CFSB for both Teams fans at 5:00 before the game.

    Seems like several schools are in a photo finish to get their turf fields completed before the home opener. Hopefully all is ready at Tilghman by tomorrow night.

    Without seeing for myself, my best guess is that that's the infill material (little black rubber particulate). Raking in the infill material is done after the turf is all down.

    I was a tad skeptical when it all started, I've always kinda liked the grass field, but now that it's there, I'm a fan. It really does look good. 

    That's a good looking field.  @TilghmanPride do you know what brand turf it is?  Looks very similar to Belfry's which was done by Vescio's Sports Fields.

    Not sure of the brand. I honestly don't remember them ever saying who got the contract. Our field does look very similar to Belfry's.
