The last couple of years there's been a pretty good amount of discussion in northern Kentucky about freshman football. I came across Dixie's freshman schedule for this year and I figured I would go ahead and start a thread for this year to get the ball rolling again.

Please feel free to add any of the freshman schedules you might come across and/or add in any talk about the upcoming freshman players in the area!

With having a new Varsity Head Coach. I guess the big question is if Dixie will be a true freshman team this year. Or if they once again will be more of a Froshmore type team like many of the previous years.

Might mean something or it might not, but Burke is a Cov Cath product. Cov Cath has had a freshman team since before it had a varsity team. I would expect him to keep the freshman team at Dixie so long as he has the players to support it.

I'm kinda confused by Boone County's schedule, because the team released a schedule that shows some discrepancies with other team's schedules. Dixie's school website shows a game against Boone County, and is even selling tickets to the game, but there is no game shown by Boone County against Dixie. Same thing with Highlands...except the Boone County schedule shows a game against Ludlow's froshmore team on the same night Highlands says their freshman team is playing Boone. Simon Kenton's school website shows the game against Boone County being on a Thursday, while Boone says it's on Wednesday.

Also, did Boone's froshmore team really play games against both New Cath and Holmes within 3 calendar days? And then doing the same thing with games on both Oct 13 and Oct 15? What's going on here?
