Minnifield out

Featured Replies

Chase will be out 6 months due to a tear of his acl during the Mason Co. game:cry:

Refresh my memory on his college choice.

This is a huge loss for Henry Clay. Hopeful for a speedy recovery so he can get on the field at UVA.

Hate to hear it ... it was apparent what his absence meant to the Blue Devils at the 5/3. The initial injury actually occurred during the Simon Kenton game, which is why he sat out for the Blue Devils' matchup with Trinity.

I hate to see Chase's basketball career end with this injury. The blessing in disguise is Chase will be able to begin to lift weights (something he has not done a lot of to this point) and get his body ready for the challenge of college football.

Best of luck and a successful rehab.

Hate to hear this for any athlete. Best of luck with his surgery and rehab.

Best of luck..... He is an outstanding athlete!

Will Minnifield be medically cleared to play in the KY/TN football all-star game?

I imagine he wouldn't be ready or his UVA coaches wouldn't want him to play.

The word is he will be out for six months, so the answer is probably not.
