Minford (6-2) is a good team that beat Boyd 73-35.

I will say Minford 65 Rose Hill 51.

If Rose Hills firing on all cylinders they could pull off the win but if foul trouble gets in the way it could get ugly.

Any thought?

Anyone know anything else about them?

A rating system gives Minford a 16.2 rating and Rose Hill a 3.8.

Ratings aside, given the match-up problems for Minford, I'll take Rose Hill by 10.

Height wise?

If Queen, Terry, and Faulkner can each play 30 plus minutes, Rose Hill's chances appear to be good. Otherwise, they are not. This no different from any other task for Rose Hill. If they can keep out of foul trouble, they can play with most anyone.

Good luck to the Lady Royals. I am still 500 plus miles from the site of the game but will receive updates.

Enjoying some sun, I hope.

Yes, RHCS's inside game both ends of the floor and I think more team speed than BC was able to muster.

Go Minford!!!

Go Minford!!!

As a fellow 16th Region fan...thanks for your support. You weren't part of a group of teenage girls at the State Tournament last spring, were you?

I have a 28th cousin at Minford. Thanks.

Do they go to school there?

All that I can think of is the "Mighty Minford Falcons" , anyone remember that from WSAZ years ago? Good luck Lady Royals.:thumb:

What was that about?

I guess you're too young to remember Bob Bowen.

Go Minford!!!

Doesn't surprise me.

I watched Minford play last night, they are very talented. They have one girl, 23 I believe, that can absolutely shoot the ball from anywhere at a high %. They have a couple big girls who play well on the inside, they are very quick and have a nice bench also. They press the entire game. It should be a good game, but I look for rose hill to fall in the end. As soon as one of Rose Hill's big 3 gets in foul trouble Minford will run away with it. I'll take Minford by 8.

Minford 63
