December 29, 200619 yr Author They didn't play. UK had to had to add Texas State, and drop IU so they could get bowl eligible. Kentucky replaced Idaho State (a I-AA team) with Texas State (a I-AA team). They picked up Cental Michigan and LA-Monroe and dropped Indiana. Last year they played 11 games and this year they played 12 games. I guess as part of the SEC rotation they played LSU this year instead of Auburn.
