Good showing by the Stangs. LexCath is a very good team.

Good effort by the Stangs as its always tough to beat Catholic at home.Way to represent the 10th well though. The 10th has faired well so far actually.

I watched the first half of this game...BB is for real...yes they can play with Mason and GRC. Great effort BB this 10th region fan is very proud of you.:thumb:

BBHS looked tired. They made a good effort against a very good LC team but lost focus and subsequently made some bad passes and missed some key free throws. Fun game to watch. Good luck to both teams.

I agree that Brossart looked tired. It would have been interesting to see what they would have done if they would have had that "bye" from the first round.

Free throws and turnovers hurt. This was a good experience for Brossart. They finally got tested against a good team and proved that while tired they can still play with some of the best.

Congrats to LexCath and good luck to the rest of the 10th Region.

GS, your Cards looked pretty tough.

Nice game BB!! I was really impressed with your players' efforts tonight. You represented the 10th region very well...

Should be interesting to see how Brossart fares tomorrow against a good, athletic Henry Clay team.

Both teams don't go very deep on the bench and both seemed pretty tired tonight.

Great effort by the Mustangs tonight, just came up a little short. Hopefully a loss they can learn from. Get ready for another quality effort tomorrow, as its not getting any easier!! Confident they will bounce back with another solid showing!! :thumb:

A very tight game with great defense by both teams. Every possession is key in a game like this; seemed to me that Catholic took advantage of a couple of lazy passes and turned them into baskets at critical times.

Very good showing by BB, their defense will keep them in the game against anyone.

Does anyone have the scoring numbers for each team.

Thanks

BISHOP BROSSART (9-1) -- Cooper 18, Kidney 11, Uebel 13, Mutsch 8.

LEXINGTON CATHOLIC (10-2) -- Novosel 18, Newton 6, Stewart 7, Smart 8, Corvin 9, Botkin 3, Tribble 2.

BISHOP BROSSART (9-1) -- Cooper 18, Kidney 11, Uebel 13, Mutsch 8.

LEXINGTON CATHOLIC (10-2) -- Novosel 18, Newton 6, Stewart 7, Smart 8, Corvin 9, Botkin 3, Tribble 2.

Thanks GS.

Play this game on a neutral floor, and Bishop Brossart wins it. Not saying BB lost because of ref's being homers because they weren't, just saying that playing on ones home floor, is worth more than the three points that BB lost by....
