The most frustrating thing about the poor tackling is that tackling take zero talent whatsoever. It is an effort/willingness/attitude thing.

    Totally fair to disagree. Out of curiosity, what talent does it take to tackle? I have a feeling what you say might just be things I would categorize as effort/attitude things.
