Texas to hire Chris Beard as their next head coach

ESPN is announcing that Texas will name Chris Beard as their next head coach.

Cross another one off the list. Texas is the perfect place for Beard.

Seems  a little awkward for him straight to Texas from Tech. Tech has had more success lately by far. Guessing Tech fans won’t have a welcome mat  when he heads back over to Lubbick.

If Beard can effectively keep the talent in Texas this is going to be a big win for their program.
