Thoughts on the game.

Forgot to put on the title that it is the first round of the 12th Region tournament.  

Lincoln will win. West Jessamine is missing their big man, That's a huge loss for them. 

Lincoln dominated the first quarter, West dominated the second quarter. West leads 24-20 at half. Neither team playing great. Lincoln has to find a way to get shots for Mattingly and Ralston. 

Jaxon Smith three for Lincoln at the end of the quarter ties it at 36. Fourth quarter upcoming. 

Both teams trading buckets to start the fourth. Lincoln up 42-41 with 5 minutes remaining. 

Three by Mattingly for Lincoln followed by an and-1 for Green and West Jessamine. Tied at 50, 2:16 left. 

Lincoln trying to burn the final two minutes. They’ve taken two timeouts while dribbling out the clock. Still tied at 50, 22 seconds left. 

Smith for Lincoln gets to the rim and gets fouled. He’ll shoot two with four seconds left. Still tied at 50.

Smith makes both. Lincoln 52-50. Timeout Lincoln. West has to go length of the floor in 4.2 seconds. 

I am pulling for West Jessamine their assistant and JV coach played for me in HS back in the mid 80's. Also, coach Damon Kelly's wife played girls basketball for me in elementary school back in the early 80's.

West gets it to half court and takes a timeout. 1.6 seconds remaining.
