Coming into this game, Niece was averaging 34.4 ppg over the previous 11 SK games....He had over 40 in three of those 11 contests, and over 30 points in 8 of the 11. There are some extraordinarily talented individuals in the 8th this year - Henry County senior center Trevor Hardin, Spencer County's Sam Conley have to be two contenders - but I would find it hard to vote against Niece if I had a vote.
