With teams not playing for several weeks could this cause upsets?

To the point of upsets, I think a much larger factor will be when a player is quarantined at home. You take a QB or stud RB off some teams, then who knows what could happen.

I was providing my opinion, just like you were. 

According to the KHSAA scoring app it has Lexington Catholic at Boyle County on the 27th.  Both off for 3 weeks from last game.
