Love seeing him stay in Ohio!  I know OSU looked at him a few times.  Hopefully, another gem slips away to Clifton.

I'm going to assume this commitment means they aren't going all in on Gi'Bran Payne or know that he's a long shot.

I get the sense this class might not be as focused on Ohio kids as previous classes. Alex Afari, Ryan Baer, and CJ Doggette Jr are the only other ones I've seen UC mentioned heavily with.

I think guys like Aamil Wagner and Derrick Shepard are probably both leaving the state unless OSU pushes for them.

Shep is legit, really frustrated OSU didn’t offer him, hoping they reconsider.  If not, I get to watch him as a Bearcat!

Highest ranked defensive commit in program history... Have heard UC has a shot at Aamil Wagner too if OSU doesn't pursue him harder. Hearing anything on that one?

Falling back into the National scene again ala Meyer.  Nobody thought Day would be a better recruiter, we expected him to lean on Ohio more.  Most Ohio kids have to be patient if they want in.

Benefiting UC so I'm all for OSU continuing the national approach.
