Do you think home field advantage really matters in High School football? 

It did matter before COVID but not so much now unless the visiting team is far away and has to travel far and fans don't come but Its been quiet at games now.

Very little at the high school level, IMO.

It matters most if their is a long drive involved for one team.

True, but that is attributed more to the ride than the actual environment of the stadium they are playing in, IMO.

The only place where I see there being a home field advantage in high school is when schools not used to playing in front of bigger crowds play a game on the road in front of a big home crowd.

Probably more of advantage for kickers since when at home used to same background that practice on. Kicking success sometimes between the ears.
