The Bobcats (2-1) will travel up to the Rock to take on the Rockets (2-1) the age old rivalry will be played again this year for what most consider the district championship. The bobcats no longer have  the dual threat qb of last year and will rely on the traditional ground attack and solid defense a mirror image of what the Rockets are. This should be a great matchup and a low scoring game. Who comes out on top in this showdown?

I didn't realize that, until last season, that the 2 teams hadn't played in about 10 years.  That being said, Bell County outscored the Rockets by a combined 78-6 in the 2 meetings last season and have outscored Rockcastle by a margin of 369-19 over their last 9 meetings--all Bobcat wins.

I think this one is competitive with Bell County pulling away in the 2nd half.  I'll take the Bobcats 28-6.

I will take the Rockets in a close battle. Both mirror images of each other this game will come down to who can stop who against the run and I think Rock does just enough at home.
