Qualifying - 2

In one of the most touching/amazing things I've seen, Beechwood senior Jensen Linder & his parter, Hailey Noah, won the Unified State Title in dramatic fashion, with Hailey clinching it with the unthinkable turkey (three consecutive strikes) in the 10th frame.

 

Linder had an opportunity to bowl on his own in the state singles championship, but chose to bowl with Hailey to give her the experience. A truly selfless, remarkable act of kindness and compassion. For them to win the title and do so in the manner they did...almost makes this sentimental old guy think it was meant to be.

 

Great stuff. Quite a day in Fort Mitchell.
