scooterbob
Ashland will bounce back and win in a low scoring game.
tcat25
Ive heard Boyd is tough down low. I don't know if Ashland has enough under the basket to handle them. I think they will have to try and keep running like Biggs loves to do, and try and make this a fast paced game and attempt to take away Boyds big men. MBWC41
Ive heard Boyd is tough down low. I don't know if Ashland has enough under the basket to handle them. I think they will have to try and keep running like Biggs loves to do, and try and make this a fast paced game and attempt to take away Boyds big men. Thats also what I have heard about Boyd this year. Thats also another reason I thought they had a good chance at winning this game. For these players that had been playing under Flynn for most of their careers, it might take a few more games to get adjusted to that run and gun style that Biggs seems to favor. Turnovers have a lot to do with every game, I have a feeling that this will be the case especially in this game. Ashland will try to keep things fast paced and Boyd will be wanting to slow them down. I really dont see either team having a huge atheletic edge on the other, this one will come down to who executes their game plan the best.
Wireman
In all honesty, and not what my heart wants to say - but what my brain tells me to say - I think that it will be a hard-fought battle, but Ashland will prevail. They just have more talent than Boyd.
