You SL Cardinal fans haven't seen much of GRC, apparently.

 

I predict this to be one of the better early-season games of the year, much like the Cardinals' Tuesday night game with Madison Central. Key game for Top 20 positioning, IMO.

Talked to Preston last week, and he didn't mention it....will try and find out.

 

How many dunks has Knowles thrown down so far this short season ? I saw him play last year (at this same tourny I believe) & watched him catch a lob about 3 feet from the basket & slam it down with 2 hands. He also stroked a few threes. He was very impressive.

Not sure on the dunks, we have only played 2 games. None in the Madison Central game ...he only played 16 minutes including OT. but still ended up with 20+ points...all but 2 in second half. He is very athletic. Love to watch his passes....some just amaze me.

George Rogers Clark wins this 73-69.I cant believe some of the blowout scores I'm reading from South fans.Either you don't get out of southeastern Ky much or your hoping.No way do i see either team wining by 5-8 points or more.Should be a dandy.

GRC will win if Jones can stay out of foul trouble...Also they got an eighth grader that will get plenty of playing time. We will hear about him for many more years...

South Laurel has 3 kids who played key roles on a state championship team, grc can't overcome this, South Laurel by 10+

I agree with the "Gold Sunrise". GRC is not getting any credit. Look for a upset on the South Bird...

I feel we can match up with Hammonds and Proffit...Trey Smith is the one that worries me. He is way underrated in the state IMO.

Tristian Jones will still be playing with a brace and bandage....to my knowledge all of the other GRC Cards are healthy and will be playing. Look for 8th grader Robbie Stenzel to see lots of minutes.

As far as I know it is at 9:00 because I think the Oak Hill game doesnt start till 7:30.:ylsuper:
