Male with great offense performance holds off Tigers. Male going to be even tougher when D1 Howard Fleming returns. I believe Cam Pope had over 20 points for Male. Tyren Moore had good game. St.X Nicholas Mosley played well.

Sounds like the first quarter was the big difference. Tough to lose to a district opponent but get experience for the Tigers heading into the LIT.

Pretty much packed house so was good.

Male opened the game with a 9-0 run, St. X outscored them by one the rest of the way. Male looked good, but I was also impressed with how hard St. X continued to play hard and would not go away. X's Nick Mosley once again was impressive, but man Male has quality players at all positions.

Didn’t realize X was called for a technical before the game... can’t hurt yourself in big games.

On a side-note, I think it’s ridiculous how close males athletic director lets the students stand to the court at some point that will become a problem. Also, how do you not have a better scoreboard if you’re wanting to be the premier program in the city. They are using the same one I used 25 years ago And it kept going off....

Referees should move a student section back if it’s a problem. I’ve seen that done many times.

According to Courier Journal article, Male’s Cam Pope scored 26 and Tyren Moore 22. St.X’s Nicholas Mosley led the Tigers with 26. Louisville Male boys basketball beats St. Xavier in district matchup
