DevilMayCare
How many starters are coming back for Russell this Fall? It's hard to pin down an exact number of returning starters due to some injuries last year, but I'll say seven on offense and five on defense. Offensively, they lose some linemen and Malakai Anderson out of the backfield, but return what should be a good nucleus to build around on that side of the ball, including Nathan Conley, Charlie Jachimczuk, Ethan Sharp, and Doug Oborne. I'm really excited to see Oborne's development from his sophomore to junior years. The defensive front seven is where you'll find the most question marks for next year's team. Only Conley (LB) and Anthony Blevins (NT) are true returning starters from Russell's 3-4 alignment. The departing seniors at DL and LB should prove difficult to replace early on. The secondary should be in great shape with four year starters Jachimczuk and Sharp returning along with AJ Raybourn. Because of the losses in the front seven, I'm hesitant to say that Russell's going to be better in 2020 than they were in 2019, but I think the potential is there for a big year. The starters they lose to graduation are not great in number, but they were all difference makers.

Coach2002
I can see them going 8-2 or 9-1. I think they get beat by Ironton and it’s a toss up between Ashland.

All EKC Grid games are on the same night again this year.
GOREDDEVILS
Per Zack Klemme of the Daily Independent's twitter: Russell-Ironton football game this year is canceled. It was set for Sept. 4, which Red Devils now can’t do, and Fighting Tigers have a game on Russell’s open date, reports Russell AD Joe Bryan.
