Kitchens Has Been Fired

Featured Replies

It happened pretty swiftly. 6-10 was not good enough. The team regressed after he became Head Coach. The Haslems and John Dorsey have seen enough. The coaching search begins once again. It is the 5th time the Haslems have been in a coaching search since they bought the team in 2012.

They are going to have to learn to stay with a coach long enough. I never thought that Kitchens was the right hire anyway.

I said it before, but when he talked about never even considering giving up playcalling, that's when you knew he was going to work himself out of Cleveland. He needed help and refused to ask for or take it.

Just let Baker Mouthfield or Odell Wreckham be a playing coach. Those two divas know it all.

I was hoping my Browns would lose to the Bengals because it would ensure Kitchens was let go. I went to the week 16 game in Cleveland when they played the Ravens last week. I sat in the Dawg Pound and they were very vocal in the frustrations with Kitchens. I'd say the fans are happy this morning. Skeptical of the future moves that will be made, but happy.

I also read that whoever the Browns hire as the next HC, he will possibly have some say in whether or not Dorsey remains. That's very very interesting to me.
