Any teams leaving tonight? Or staying over tomorrow night? Some of these trips are very long.

I saw a tweet from Madisonville leaving earlier this afternoon for Johnson Central. I'm guessing they'll stop somewhere along the way and stay the night. I'm torn on the issue - overnight trips get you out of routine, but so does leaving ten hours before kickoff on game day.

Mayfield always left the day before when we played Beechwood. Never bothered my boys.

With the way Paintsville normally travels I’m surprised they weren’t in Louisville on Monday, haha. Paintsville decided to leave at 11am Friday.

Beechwood has traveled overnight and they have traveled on game day. The overnight experience was more of an obstacle than a help to the team. Because of that overnight experience, Beechwood travels on game day. That is what they are doing today. Spend Thanksgiving with family. Get a good nights sleep in your own bed. Get on the road at 9 in the morning. Get there early and have plenty of time before the game for pre game, getting loose and getting game ready.
