I’m sitting at the top of the home side of the Stadium of Champions. One of my favorite places to watch a game. Kickoff in 6 minutes.

Logan County to receive.

Cougars drive to Hopkinsville 6 yard line but Ezell fumbles and Tigers recover at their own 11.

Tigers gain one first down but lose about 20 yards on a bad or maybe unexpected snap and punt to the Logan 47. 3:08 in first. No score.

Cougars go three and out and punt to Hopkinsville 27.

Braxton Baptiste intercepts Jay Bland’s pass and returns it to the Hopkinsville 10 yard line.

On 4th and goal at the 11 Tyler Ezell throws a TD pass. Receiver barely broke the plane of the goal line it appeared. 2 point conversion broken up. At the end of the first Logan County leads 6-0.

Logan tried an onside kick but Hopkinsville recovered at their own 45.

Tigers fall short on 4th and 1 at the LC 46. Cougars take over at their own 47.

Tigers block the Logan punt and recover at LC 48. 9:13 in second. LC 6-0.

Bland with a great run on 4th and 10 at the LC 16 gets it to the 5.

Bland to Rushing 11 yard TD pass. Hopkinsville 7-6. 4:07 in second.

Kickoff out of bounds and LC starts at own 35.

LC three and out and the punt snap sails over the punter’s head and Hopkinsville recovers at LC 7.
