Danville, How good are they going to be?

Featured Replies

Danville picked up an impressive victory in the first week of the high school football season. They beat a solid John Hardin club 48-14. Should 2A be on the watch for Danville this season?

You always need to keep an eye on Danville.

Much like weather, where a warning is worse than a watch, 2A should definitely have a Danville watch in effect. They haven’t done enough to warrant a warning yet.

I agree. While John Hardin is a much bigger school everyone knew that they lost a lot and that a loss was very likely. The margin, maybe not so much. Let’s see what Danville does in the next few weeks.

This is a different team attitude wise!! They have all the pieces but will see how the young team handles some adversity. They have good leaders and hungry kids. They will take their shots this year but watch out!!!

What do you base your reasoning that John Hardin is a solid team this year? I expect Central Hardin to score at least 6 touchdowns vs John Hardin this week.

Bluegrass middle school has had record low participation numbers the last few years and lost to West Hardin middle school the first week of the season this year. It was West Hardin’s first district win in 10 years.
