Oh no, there is a history of Montgomery kids going to another school.

Not sure. I just remember them beating me in the regional tournament on their way to back-to-back regional final appearances.

Hehe... coached, my last high school game was at the tail end of the Clinton administration.

 

And I’m a guy.

Coaching changes have occurred and the talent has not been what it used to be, however, as stated, they have a middle school group that could potentially put them back atop the 10th region real soon............

Their best player transferred to another school and Montgomery has not been the same since.

Montgomery County has named Dustin High the new girls coach. He’s been an assistant coach for the Montgomery County boys for a number of years including including most recently their JV coach. His father, John High, was a highly successful girls coach for Whitesburg, Breathitt Co, and Montgomery County.
