Their XU tilt is frequently won by the underdog, so there is hope there as well. Heck, I don't think this is NC State's best team either. At Temple and Ohio St. are highly doubtful.

November 22, 200619 yr 0-6 is more likely than 4-2... Since I went with 2-4...I agree. I was just offering some scenarios that could shake out. Anything better than 2-4 is a win for Mick, IMHO.

They play hard, and do have some talent on the roster. This was a much more complete puzzle if Hernol and Adam were on the roster, but one is gone and I get the feeling the other will miss at least a year. With the former burger boy joining the mix next year, they should be back to a lower mid level(8-12 range) BEast team. Mick will be fine, just not for much of this year...
November 24, 200619 yr The lack of defense lost this game. If I were Cronin, they wouldn't touch a basketball until their next game. They were lazy and didn't move their feet as evident by the number of free throws Wofford shot. Once they start playing some D, they should be pretty good.
