Is there anyone pro-BCS (anti-playoff)?

Featured Replies

I believe an 8 team playoff to decide a NC would be tremendous. As far as money why not look at what the people who run the NFL do. They have some expertise in making money. The BCS bowl games are chump change compared to those guys.

Super Bow XL, not counting the NFC Playoffs and NFC title games or the AFC playoffs and the AFC title game had an economic impact of $302 million.

The NCAA BB Tournament seems much bigger than the NBA Finals to me.

So why don't people think the NCAA football Tournament would be as big or bigger than the NFL playoffs.

Had Rutgers ran the table they wouldn't have sniffed the national championship game. I have a problem justifying a system where some teams have no chance of winning regardless of their talent.

Just curious??

Or am I the only one?:D

Your not the only one.

I would like to see some changes in the system of picking teams, however I love bowls and bowl season. In my opinon there is not a single sport where regular season performance matters more than in college football, that is in no small part due to the bowl system.

Not anyone that has a clue...
