Indiana authorities claim South Oldham Biology Teacher Amy Hamilton had sex with a 15 year old boy Hamilton first met when she was a Middle School Teacher at Stuart Pepper in Brandenburg Kentucky.

Hamilton has been charged with Sexual Misconduct and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

From the article:

"We did not pursue a crime related to child seduction where there was a direct teacher-student relationship because that relationship had ended at the time during this alleged misconduct," Shalk said. He says Hamilton is a biology teacher.

I have no idea on Indiana law but I am spit-balling here that an adult having sex with a 15 year old in Indiana is a much less serious crime than an adult having sex with a 15 year old in Kentucky which would be a form of Statutory Rape.

Also from the article they started drinking together and at first the 15 year old boy was making the advances and after several beers for him and "bottles of wine" for her Hamilton eventually gave in and had sex with the boy.

Wow! How sad...

Very sad.

This seems to be going on far too often throughout the country.

At least we've got someone on Barstool looking out for this sort of thing.

This is the second teacher in that school district to have these charges brought against her in the past six months. Unbelievable.

Guess what made it onto Barstool today

Crazy Cougar.
