November 16, 200619 yr Is BE a SR or a redshirt Jr? On www.mgoblue.com, they list him as a SR. but says that he did not play as a freshman. On ESPN.com they list him as a junior. Looks like he will be back for one more year.

Sophomore (2006)... played in eight games ... saw action at offensive tackle in six contests ... made career debut vs. Vanderbilt (Sept. 2), playing right tackle in reserve role ... saw action at right tackle against Central Michigan (Sept. 9) ... made the travel squad and played in his first road game at Notre Dame (Sept. 16) ... played right tackle in conference tilts at Minnesota (Sept. 30) and against Michigan State (Oct. 7) ... contributor on field goal/PAT protection unit vs. Iowa (Oct. 21) ... played left tackle and on field goal/PAT protection unit against Northwestern (Oct. 28) ... saw action at both tackle spots and on PAT protection unit at Indiana (Nov. 11) ... Freshman (2005)... U-M Athletic Academic Achievement ... did not see game action.

MY team, if my recent memory serves me correctly, was voted the greatest team ever by a nationwide poll. That would be the '95 Nebraska team that beat the "unstoppable Fun N Gun" Florida Gators 62-24 in the Fiesta Bowl. They also won 3 titles in four years and compiled a 60-3 record over a 5 year stretch. No school has ever won 60 games in 5 years, other than Nebraska. So...jealous?? Nah.

This, as you probably know, was before the Bull Crap Series. Nebraska would have dismantled them much the same way they did Tennessee in the Orange Bowl. But the world will never know.
