Beechwood and Sts Peter & Paul on Saturday morning should be really good. They both want to get up and down the court.

 

Did BallyShannon get a lot of the Camp Ernst kids?

 

I'm assuming the three pool winners will be Highlands or BallyShannon in "Pool A", Beechwood in "Pool B", and Gray in "Pool C".

Mason’s 7th grade team will be competitive. Their 8th grade team was 26-2 last season as 7th graders and made the final 16 of the KBA State Tournament. But both teams have only had about a week of practice since Football Season ended.

Knowing that intel, I'd say their game with Gray will be a doozie.

8th Bally carried over everyone but one or two- neither of which major contributors - could be a very physical game which would favor the size and length of Bally- should by a really good game if not treated like a scrimmage-

Highlands 8th crushes BallyShannon by 20. Should have been by 30. Highlands shot the ball and pushed it.

Bally was standing around looked lost and was very tired by 3rd qtr.

Woodland 8th beats Campbell County A team by about 20. Woodland really looks good and was never challenged. Campbell County never got anything going.

A few results I've heard today:

 

St Paul beat Gray in OT.

 

Gray beat Summit View.

 

Mason County beat Summit View.

 

BallyShannon beat Woodland by about 10 in a game marred with a shove and parents having to be separated. Reports I got it was an ugly scene that started with nonsense on the court and then carried on with some worked up dads.

 

Mason County beat St Paul.

Gray 2-1 in Pool play. Lost to St. Paul.

Twenhofel 2-1 in Pool play. Lost to Beechwood in OT.

Beechwood & Highlands 3-0 in Pool play.

Gray lost to Beechwood by a lot.

Twenhofel lost to Highlands by a lot.
