(12) Kentucky/Mizzou Predictions

Featured Replies

Missouri has played two really good teams and two pretty good teams. They are 1-3 in those games and the win came when Purdue was still learning to play.

Their wins are over Purdue, UT Martin, Wyoming and Memphis.

I'm not sure why people act like they are world beaters. I think Kentucky is much better than they get credit for, even though they continue to win games. I believe the Wildcats go in and get the win Saturday.

I think it’s the game against Georgia that makes people like Missouri. Missouri looked really good in that game and dominated a lot of that game in the trenches.

If that's the case, shouldn't Missouri be worried about Kentucky after watching them go in an kick Florida's tail in Gainesville?

Missouri is worried about Kentucky. Kentucky’s ranked 12th in the country. Are you saying Missouri is overlooking Kentucky because that’s not the case. You just asked why some people are picking Missouri to win this game and I told you why.

It's not just some people. EVERY person believes Kentucky is going to get dismantled Saturday. I can't understand what everyone is seeing that I can't. Missouri is a good team playing at home, but they aren't Alabama. There's no reason why Kentucky can't get a win.

Seems like a pretty even 50/50 split on here and everywhere else I’ve seen. I really don’t know what you’re talking about. Everyone is not picking Missouri. Hell, I didn’t pick Missouri so by definition it literally can’t be everyone.

I'm talking about national football analysts and college football personalities. I'm not sure anyone (other than fans) has actually picked Kentucky to win.

I’m hoping the passing game can pick it up this week, Missouri can’t stop the pass, but I’m not too confident after seeing every other game this season. Regardless, the Defense will keep us in this game....I’m going Cats by 7 and a chance to knock off UGA in Lexington on the 3rd.

Again that’s the opposite of what I’ve seen. Everyone thinks it is going to be a close game but not everyone is picking Missouri. But if someone is picking Missouri right now can you blame them? Kentucky has looked completely inept on offense two games in a row. I think it’s pretty obvious why some people would be apprehensive about this game. I just think you’re overreacting because not everyone is picking Missouri. Everyone did pick Florida and Miss State though so maybe it’s not a bad thing if everyone thinks Missouri will win.

Mizzou by 8. If the QB finds time to throw, he will expose some holes in the UK secondary and the Cats won't be able to score enough to keep up.

Missouri has a fantastic offense. A defense as good as Kentucky's can keep them under wraps, but they'll still most likely get 2-3 scores. Kentucky insists on playing a QB that is terrified to throw the ball, and turns it over way too much when he runs. I just don't see anyway Kentucky scores enough to win. Unless Stoops lets Hoak play.

If Las Vegas didn't have the 0-3 in the SEC team favored by a touchdown over the 4-1 in the SEC team....I would really like the Cats, based on the match ups, in this one.
