Final.

Clark goes for 186 on 13 carries and 5 TD's. 186 is a close estimate.

Clark had a fantastic game but the star of this game was the Russell defense. East Carter could do nothing to move the ball. I believe they only had 2 or 3 first downs going to the fourth quarter. The only one I can remember was on a pass interference penalty.

Congrats to the Red Devils. East was no match tonight. Looks like Fleming Co. next week. Russell improved this week but still not where they could be with this group. Kicking game needs to improve. Could be a factor down the road where every point is valuable. To many dropped snaps. A kicker can not have confidence with 3 different holders. One play there was no holder. ??????????????

Regroup, adjust and get ready for next Friday.

:fire: :fire: :fire:

Congrats to Russell on the win, and to taking another step towards getting back to the carpet. What is that now? 23-2 in their last 25 ballgames? Pretty impressive.

The kicking game was bad.

Congrats to Russell , Keep it Up :thumb:

It needs to be mentioned what a great game Ethan Gullett had for Russell. Its hard for a Center/Defensive Tackle to get much glory but Gullett played one heck of a game on both sides of the ball.

Clark is a great football player. Imo he should be 1st team all state and a strong cantidate for Mr. Football.

Ethan has been a big factor on both sides of the ball. Played a great game friday. Ethan is one of those players that goes unnoticed and little acknowledgement but he is a solid player and can play at the next level. A team player and team leader. Keep up the good work #62 and keep the team focused. :fire: :fire: :fire:

Good game to Kasey. Keep it up in the second round

I was exspecting to see a few Mercer people posting over here? But it's just that one Russell (fball ?) guy going over there looking for answers and education and what not? Good luck this week!

Take care of business Russell football players!

IMO, 2a football (as we have come to know it, and I think i can speak for all of us, LOVE it) has never been more exciting.

Lets go out with a bang and have an awesome year.

Mr. Clark is only the man that speaks for Rusell IMO, and if I had to guess, I bet that whole team is ready to lay it on the line for Red Devil football.
