Anybody have any news on the Kuechel front? Opening Day is 3 days away and he hasn't signed yet. Would the Reds be able to get him to a cheaper contract?

A lot of teams have already placed their bets on pitchers. Most of the contenders are “set” barring injury and the teams in no mans land and bottom of the pack does it even make sense?

 

My guess is he signs after the draft, saving the team who signs him a draft pick. Of course, injuries change everything.
