I still think the Pats will be just fine. But they have to get some people for Brady to throw to. I also like the Chargers to still take a wildcard spot. I like the Packers as well, but I don’t trust that O line or that defense.

Thoughts on Josh Gordon? The Patriots have a huge need for some production at the receiver spot. It’s foolish to expect Randy Moss numbers from him, but will it be closer to Randy Moss or more like Ochocinco?

I watched the NFL Network for about 10 minutes last night and Prime Time, LT, and one other analyst were discussing the Patriots and none of them were the least bit worried about the Pats. They all felt the Pats would pull it together soon.

 

However, like you, I think that sounds a little overly optimistic right now.

 

To answer the question, other than the Texans I think it is too early to say.

I will say Patriots, but most of it is out of default because of their division. Spare me the Miami Dolphins being for real.

 

The Chargers have lost twice, but both losses have been to arguably the two best teams in the NFL. They still have questionable coaching.

Did you watch the game? The Giants benched their right tackle and the O line was much improved.

 

Regardless, even if the O-line was just as bad as it was week 2, the Giants were still better.
