Campbell Co. vs Boone Co. Playoff Game

Featured Replies

Farris basically won't come off the field all night.

That means his defense might be more important than his offense.

It also means this will be a lot different game than last time. Doesn't mean the Camels can't win but I don't think we are going to see 70 points put up on the scoreboard in this one either.

Is Boone at home enough? Did Camels peak in the first game? What about the field condition? What about playoff experience?

I think Boone wins, although a Camel victory is certainly possible.

Let it me known..... this is not the true Rebel fans thinking. Everyone knows this is going to be a tuff game and at no time do they think that the Camels are through!!! Allthough, here in Boone County... we do believe our Rebels are up for fight!!! Go Rebels!!!

Excatly this will be a war, and a very good game. Although i think and hope my Camels will win. This will be a great game, between 2 great teams. Lets go Camels.

CC in a very close game.

Thank you, it will be a war, that's what I said early on.:thumb:

Didn't Ryle hand it to them AT Campbell this year? 34-7? Campbell is good but get real. Dixie beat them in a close game and Ryle absolutely dominated them.

Where do you get dominated from ? We both had long TD's up the middle ! Ryle , one pass play that the Dixie DB slipped ! Did you forget the long drive down the field on Ryle , Dixie up 7 to 6 ? Dominated ........ Keep posting !:fire:

Calm down, Red Heat. FB stud is talking about the games between Campbell-Ryle and Campbell-Dixie. He is not talking about Ryle dominating Dixie.

I'll take Boone by one score in this one. Whether be a field goal or a toughdown idk. I don't see Brown and Griffin hooking up nearly as much as they did last game. Brown underthrew many balls that Griffin was able to make great plays on. If Boone doubles up Griffin those underthrown balls turn into picks and i would look for Boone to make this a position game with the high scoring camel attack. If you ask me it will come down to both teams stopping the run. I could see the camels coming out and running the ball. Last game their back was productive when he had touches and i wouldn't doubt if we see Brown rolling out of the pocket alot to give him some options. Both teams have some work to do this week, should be a good one! Can't Wait! GO REBELS!!! :ylsuper: :ylsuper: :ylsuper:

RYLE TOOK the ball away seven times

No Ryle might have took 2, but Campbell GAVE the rest away. But that was a different Campbell team. There be ready to play friday

I guess the 28 forced turnovers this year were mostly given and not taken

Boone new what to look for the first time they played the Camels; that being neutralize the passing attack. If Boone can do this, they will cruise through this first round game, if not I think the Camels have a shot at the W.

Sorry, "knew", i apologize for the typo errors of a rookie!

They have somewhat. Look for Bogle and Farris to be in the defensive backfield all night to limit the Camel passing attack. The key to beating the Camels is double teaming Griffin and pressuring Brown.

Good luck with that!

It worked for Dixie. ;)

It worked for Dixie. ;)

So you mean dropping the winning touchdown that knowbody was within 5 yards of defending means it worked, then stay with that game plan.
