March 24, 20188 yr Easy for me to complain about the refs, but honestly, great teams can adapt to different refs, different game tempo, etc. Loyola would be probably be beating UK anyway the way they are playing.
March 24, 20188 yr KState player just threw ball done in bounds and grab it back and threw it in. Referee standing right there looking at it with no call. Referees amaze me sometime. He probably just made sure this is his last game this year.

March 24, 20188 yr Ref totally blew that call on the inbounds after the Loyoloa basket. You are right he dropped it inbounds the official was cheating trying to get down the floor. That was the same ref I felt missed a out of bounds call on K-State in the first half he called a player on the end line he he had not got close to catching up with the play.

March 24, 20188 yr 52-33 Loyola is shooting 62% from the floor and 54% from the 3. Timeout K-State I think this one is officially over. K-State is not made to score a lot of points quickly.

I agree I think what happened Thurs. might have happened tonight. But it would have been better to lose in the elite 8 than the sweet 16.

Probably not if they shot this well, but then again, I'm not sure they'd have shot as well against UK either. Who can say - it's a luck of the night thing it seems. They are 7/13 from three.
