Does This Band Sound Familiar?

I think they have another one coming. This one has the 4 songs from their original EP plus four new songs. I’ve downloaded it through Apple Music and it’s pretty solid. I’d say it’s worth the purchase.

Oh cool! Looks like I may be buying two new albums! Thanks for the heads up, rjs4470!

Especially the singer. @True blue (and gold) will get this immediately. I'm sure most of you will.

NOT BAD.

From the looks of this video, by some of his on stage mannerisms and not just his voice, lead singer Josh Kiszka is heavily Robert Plant influenced. Ain't nothing wrong with that in my book.

He's more Roger Daltrey than Robert Plant. That's not a bad thing. I'm a big Who fan.

Certainly not in voice. Maybe a mix of both in mannerisms, but if you watch Plant singing Stairway to Heaven live at Madison Square Garden from 1973, you'll see a lot of similarities. Either way, those are two absolute legends to be inspired by.

If you still listen to radio stations they are on 96.5 and EBN all the time. Love their sound but interested to see what a full album sounds like.

They’ve got a double EP out and available on ITunes and Amazon called “From The Fires”. It’s solid, and all 8 songs are at worst pretty solid. I’m interested to see what their first full album would be like and I’d be down to see them live. The musicianship is very good, but there are moments in a few songs where I don’t really dig the vocals. Their singer can sound a little screechy at times, which keeps me from being all in on them.
