Regardless of tonight's outcome, the 37th District--namely Campbell County & Scott--is in the midst of an impressive 10th Region run. Camels & Eagles are meeting in the 10th Region's final game for the 3rd time in 4 years (2018, 2017, 2015). Campbell County is in the championship game for the 4th time in 5 years, winning in 2014 & 2015, finishing runner up in 2017, & whatever happens tonight.

 

Speaks very well of Aric Russell, for sure; but also the Scott program has had this success with two coaches at the helm. Bishop Brossart, a tradition rich program in its own right, has been the odd man out during this run, but you have to tip the hat to the Northern Kentucky contingent of the 10th Region.

I posted this exact same information on the CC-Scott Prediction thread, along with the fact that 3 out of the last 4 years one of those two has won the baseball 10th region as well. My top 3 for next year are:

GRC and Paris may have returning talent next year, but until they start proving themselves beyond packing on the regular season wins, I've got them on the outside looking in.

Hoping for a Scott win. Would be great to see Nelson Perrin and Jacob Pouncey go out with another return trip to Rupp!

Campbell and Scott must really like that home court advantage at the Fieldhouse.

An you have to think next Year Scott will have something like 10 Seniors and all the reserves that saw playing time this year also back all with experience... Also the Freshman and JV squads go pretty deep as well...
