How bad will the Vols beat Bama?

Featured Replies

Bama will win one of the 3 big games (UT, LSU and Auburn) but I dont think it will be Tennessee.

I disagree, the Tide will lose all three games.

This week, Vols 27 Tide 13

Serious question for those picking Bama. Is this just an Anti-UT vote, or an actual prediction?

UT has looked pretty good all season and has one 1-point loss to Florida.

Bama has losses to Florida (28-13) and Arkansas (24-23), and a pair of 3-point wins over Vandy and Ole Miss.

Is that really a team that can upset UT in front of 100,000+ orange faithful?

Anything can happen in a rivalry game like this. At least that's what Kentucky fans say before the Louisville (football) game every year.

Consider the circumstances of the Arkansas game, with Jaime we win that one. Florida was at the swamp, and they had payback on their mind after that 31-3 beating they took last year. In this game you can always have a close one. Last year UT was 5-6 and Bama was 10-2 but the game was 6-3 Bama. Both teams will bring their A game and this one will be one you won't wanna miss! Roll Tide!

Fat Phil is so big, when he goes to the beach, whale rescuers try to push him back into the water.

Alabama wins by 7.

Flip that Vols win by 7.

I'm shocked so many people think Bama will win this one...

I know anything can happen, but I'm thinking its just a bunch of anti-Vol blabber. (Just take a look at the above pics!)

Mobaar, Like last year we were undefeated at home and barely won 6-3 with the Vol back going into the endzone when he got hit he gave up the ball. Vols end up 5-6. The history of the game is why someone would pick Bama.

Bama didn't have any offense last year after they lost Prothro, and that is a fact. Had nothing to do w/ the history of the Bama-UT game.

The key stat going into this game is that Alabama is +13 in TO and UT is +1 in TO. I think that if Alabama can capitalize on UT giving up the ball then this will turn out to be a great game.
