I posed an explanation and question for Mr. Frank Marzullo from Fox19 on his FB page and actually had a person try to tell me how a coal plant operates, I responded....I expect to be blocked any minute now....

That's your opinion, but not true. Just get a 24 hour out forecast right. Our area was under a winter storm warning the other night calling for 5-7 and got 2 inches, yesterday was an advisory of 1-3, got 6. What good is the forecast if it all comes down to making the call hour to hour when you can see that out the window yourself
