January 2, 20188 yr By the way, Damien Harris is a complete beast, hits the hole hard, has great balance, seldom goes down after initial contact....one of my all time favorites to play RB at Bama, it doesn't hurt he's from KY of course!
January 3, 20188 yr Alabama definitely made a statement with their win. I actually thought it would be a good game and that Clemson could win. Clemson was very one dimensional and it was clearly shown during the game. For most of the game, Clemson’s defense didn’t have an answer to Alabama’s running game.
January 3, 20188 yr Damien and Jacobs are just running the ball better than Bo. For whatever reason, he just can't get it going....and with that said, Bama needs to make some hard decisions on how many carries Jacobs gets instead of Bo. I think his ultimate problem is that he's built like a defensive end and is too slow. He reminds me of Eddie Lacy

He reminds me of Eddie Lacy Not sure if he's lost a step but he was timed at 4.4 last year making him one of the fastest Bama players. Harris was 4.5. I think the issue is that he doesn't get going as fast as Harris which could be why they try to get him the ball in open field.
