You probably don't have to look too far down the bench to find answers as to why.

Not sure what you mean. Could you explain a bit more?

Thought that might be where you were heading. I'll call it baloney and leave it at that. ]

I wasn't even there and I feel safe in saying that Ryle took away Conner's strengths and they didn't adjust. That usually starts with the head of the bench.

Oh ok then. Having not gone to the game yourself i shall greatly value your opinion. Lol

Ryle has a very good team but is Conner as good as people say they are? I am just asking not saying they aren't.

Didn't conner win the district last year, and almost beat the 9th region champ who actually ended up making the semi finals of the state. Doesn't seem to me that there is as big of a problem there as you are applying.

It's pretty simple. Two good teams played, one of those teams played well, the other didn't. It happens. All that matters is learning, getting better and playing your best come district time. If they do that, then games like this means nothing in the grand scheme of things. Which makes complaints like this in the beginning of December on a game you weren't even there seem even more silly.

It may not seem like it means anything but mentally it might. I can see losing by 5 points or less but that's a significant margin considering how good Conner is suppose to be. It maybe that one of these teams will not make it out of the district.

You know what they say about opinions? I saw enough of their games last year, 34 to be exact, to know that the head honcho is not very good at making adjustments. Had he been in the regionals versus Holmes they very easily could have advanced to the state tournament. This team according to many is the most talented overall team in the 9th region. I even heard one coach say they they are 12-15 pts. better on paper than any other team. If that is the case than there seems to still be one problem, the person in the end seat.

I saw the regional game versus Holmes and there were no adjustments made imo and Holmes squeaked out the win. When two evenly matched teams play each other more often than not the coach who makes the necessary adjustments to what is being thrown at his/her team generally comes out on top.
