gold sunrise Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 Campbell Co that much higher that GRC? We will see as Campbell plays Male this week. GRC still without top PG Kennedy Igo. She has not played in a game so far this year. Ankle injury.
magicfan217 Posted December 5, 2017 Posted December 5, 2017 GRC had to drop regardless of missing Igo or not...you can't get smoked by 30 and then squeak out a win vs a very average team and not expect to drop when you are as high as GRC started. Long season, but not a good start for GRC...Igo or no Igo.

She has not played in a game so far this year. Ankle injury. Campbell is off to a 2-0 start and one of those was a double digit win over a nationally ranked team in Montini Catholic. So not sure how that wouldn't move them up the rankings. I think Campbell is deserving of their ranking on this list. It has nothing to do with GRC and their ranking.

I had not read that Campbell had beat a nationally ranked team. Very happy for them and deserving.
maysvilleky Posted December 6, 2017 Posted December 6, 2017 Based on these rankings, Mason County has played/will play the #1, #4, #5, #6, and #9 teams in the state. And throw in Simon Kenton late in the year (probably when Niece is back!). Big challenge for the Lady Royals but will help to make them better for the end of the year.
Sportsfan13 Posted December 6, 2017 Posted December 6, 2017 Based on Campbell County's win over Male last night, I would say they've at least locked up the #4 spot for now if not moved to #3. Great wins for the Lady Camels, last 2 games.

WKY Posted December 10, 2017 Posted December 10, 2017 I will put in my usual bid for my Christian County girls. Even though they did lose 80-78 to Bullitt East last night.
