Maybe I'm looking at things through orange colored glasses, but the first bit of over-the-top aggression on that play no doubt came from Ramsey. A quick hand by Green...no big deal...run of the mill, but then Ramsey gives a big shove that he's lucky Green didn't kick his butt more. I felt Green's frustration, and I don't blame him one bit.
