GC I'm at this game sitting on Doss side at the 35 can't miss me

I'm on the 45, Fern Creek side, 40 yard line closest to school.

GC, No disrespect but my side is much less crowded so I think I'll hang here for a bit.

 

Doss has punted a couple times. Fern Creek had a good drive going but fumbled in the Red Zone. There 2nd drive is in the red zone as well

On 3rd and 5 from the 5, they ran into a host of Dragons.

 

4th and goal from the 4. Fern Creek to go. Fake up the middle pass complete to a wide open back out of the backfield. TD Creek

 

6-0 FC with 2 minutes to go in 1Q

Another Creek turnover in the red zone. Dos ball at Doss 20. Still 6-0 Creek

Doss can't get a first down and Creek throws and INT. That's the way this game has gone. 4:30 left 1st half

Turnovers keeping FC from putting this away. Nice drive by Doss here late in second quarter.

Doss with some life on offense. Several very nice pass plays have Doss at the FC 35 with 2 minutes to go in the half.

 

OUt of a Timeout, FC picks off Doss and runs back to the Doss 30. Big play. Ton of Turnovers in this game

Both teams turnover prone. Both also strong defensively. Neither offense finding a rhythm.

Poor clock management late by FC.

Only fitting that FC throws an INT on the last play of the half.

I think Fern Creek is the better team but Doss hanging around. Fern Creek's quarterback doesn't have the arm strength to make some of the throws being asked of him.

Fern Creek has had GREAT field position the whole game and been in the red zone many times. BBut give Doss Credit as they have made plays to keep them out of the end zone. Doss has to feel pretty decent about where they are. If they can get a stop. They have the better QB IMO, but Creek has better run game.

 

Should be interesting.
